When you provide your personal information (such as your name, address, phone number, child's name and date of birth) to ELeague Solutions, LLC d/b/a Youth League Management ("YLM"), we will not give or sell the individual information to any outside company for its use in marketing or solicitation. We may use your login ID (email address) to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. Your login ID address is used to gather broad demographic information. Our commerce site uses industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect the confidentiality of your personal information. The form requires users to give us contact and financial information. We use this information to fulfill your order. Any and all information submitted in these forms will be held in strictest confidence and not shared with any other business entity outside of your Credit Card Service and/or your Bank. Collection of Information

YLM and the Organization you are a member of are the owners of the information collected during the registration process. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

Correction/Deletion Form:

Each user has their own login and home page where their individual profile along with their child's profile can be modified. To delete a user, the Organization's Board should be contacted. There are links on the Organization's Home Page to contact the board concerning this matter.

Registration:

We request information from the user on our registration form. Here a parent/guardian must provide personal information like name, phone numbers, address and an email address to be used as the login ID. Also part of the registration process is the requirement for the parent/guardian to enter the child's information including name, birth date, school, grade and height. This information is used by the Organization with which the parent has registered through YLM.

Cookies:

Our site uses cookies to maintain a persistent session between the pages on our site.If refused, logging into YLM is not technically possible. This cookie is deleted when the user logs off of YLM.

Log Files:

We use your login ID (email address) to administer the site in the case of errors.
